Refund and Returns Policy

Whilst we are confident that the RideHide is the best Peloton sweat guard on the Market, we want you to be delighted with your purchase too. If you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund. Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. 

To complete your return request please contact with proof of your original purchase. We will provide the return shipping address and once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note return postage charges are at your cost and we are not responsible for lost or missing items. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. 

Please do not send the return back to the manufacturer.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will contact the purchaser and organise to send them a refund.
